The blackheads are medically known as pen comedones (singular comedo). They are yellowish or blackish bumps or plugs on the skin. Generally, a blackhead is considered as a type of Blackhead vulgaris (blackhead). It is caused by excess oils that have accumulated in the duct of sebaceous gland those are present beneath the skin. Blackhead is typically caused by excessive oil and makeup that can facilitate the multiplication of its causative microorganism.

A natural home remedy for blackheads is to exfoliate your skin to help prevent new blackheads from forming. You should consider one of the many exfoliating scrubs available on the market to help you cleanse your skin and clear your skin pores. Exfoliating is an important part of removing the excess oils and grime from your affected skin areas.

Another home remedy for blackheads is to eat healthy. Eating foods that are high in sugar, vegetable oils, and saturated fats will cause you to breakout. It will cause you to have oily skin, which will clog your pores. Example of these foods includes sugary sodas, cookies, fast foods burgers and fries, cakes, chocolates, and other junk foods.

Herbal tea can be used to treat blackheads. It is always advised to use natural herbal products. Using mild soaps and prescribed cleanser are really important to keep your skin clean. It is better to avoid oil-based creams. You should use natural face scrub to remove dead skin.

Make a glue of 1 teaspoon sour cream, 1 teaspoon yogurt, 1 tablespoon oatmeal, and a few drops of lemon juice. Pat it on your blackhead areas of skin, leave it for 30-40 minutes, and clean off. You will see some remarkable results soon.

However home based solutions will take some time to work. Since every person has a different skin type and consumes a different diet one solution may not work for everyone. This is the reason you will have to put in some effort to find a remedy that solves your problem.

Make sure you don’t squeeze or pop your blackheads. If you do, you will irritate them and cause them to spread. Also, don’t touch your blackheads if you have dirty or oily hands. It will irritate your skin and could cause a severe breakout.

The best home remedy for black comedones extraction is steam. Take steam for five to ten minutes, it will loose the blackheads so they can be later easily extracted with a mechanical remover or simply by rubbing with your finger tips. However results are better with a commercial comedone extractor.

To prevent the clogged buildup happening again use an astringent. Again many natural treatments and home remedies for blackheads exist to do this and one of the oldest and best known ways is to use Witch hazel. This is readily available in stores. But there are other ways to tone your skin again. Tomatoes, cucumber, rose water, yogurt for a few examples. The moisturize with your favorite light moisturizer. Search for samples and find a natural-based small company to deal with. You’ll love your new radiant glow.

I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Cheers
