Having professionally printed presentation folders is no doubt a requisite in any marketing campaign. When you want to make a good impression at meetings with your target clients, you might like to consider having presentation folders.  Such that presentation folder printing is a must. Presentation folders are very handy to ensure that you have the best possible tool to hold all your collaterals in.

A presentation folder holds all loose collaterals together for a more organized appearance. It is usually made of heavy paper stock. It may sometimes be produced on thin but stiff material. It is then folded in half and placed with pockets to keep other paper documents. A presentation folder comes in standard size of 9” x 12”, with two pockets, and can carry as many documents that its ¼ “ spine can hold.

Presentation folder printing often functions as a file folder because it keeps your documents organized. However, presentation folders are different because a presentation folder printing company usually produces them. They are also used more as marketing tools to help in the presentation of a business or company to target clients during meetings or orientations.

Presentation folders come in different types appropriate for every marketing need and purpose. Companies often design their presentation folder printing to market or promote their business to potential clients.

Other Types of Folders

The manila folder is produced by folding a large, stiff sheet of paper in half. It usually has the standard beige color, but nowadays, they come in different shades to complement and categorize the documents inside.

The material used to produce manila folders comes from the hemp found in the Philippines, where the folder was named after its capital city, Manila. Manila hemp is a native product of the country and is also known as “abaca” to the Filipino people.

The file folder on the other hand, is often used in the US, UK and Australia. This type of folder is made up of heavy stock, and in some instances, thin but stiff material. Nowadays, you can also see file folders made from plastic. It is also folded in half and is used to keep paper documents together.

File folders are commonly used for organizing business documents and external or internal office correspondences inside a filing cabinet. Hence, there is a space for labels so that they can be labeled depending on the papers that are enclosed inside. File folders makes filing easy as the side with the labels are held up in the filing cabinet for easy searching.

Ring binders are folders where you will find rings inserted in punched holes. Clamps running through the circular holes hold documents and papers together. They come in different standard sizes, as well as the capacity and paper size. The most common ring binder is a 3-ring system for letter size pages (8 1/2” x 11”). For much larger number of paper, the lever arch system is more appropriate.

Whether you have two, a few, or even all your marketing collaterals, attractive and professional looking presentation folders can make all the difference when your target clients look at your company.
