The search engines take into account the meta tags of your website while ranking it for a particular keyword. Along with other factors, the Meta tags play a major role in deciding the rank of a website on the SERPs. The personalized SEO services strive to improve the Meta Tags that include the Title Tag, Description Tag, Keyword Tag, etc. The major search engines give prime importance to Title Tag. However, other Tags are also important for a website ranking.

The indexed page is then stored in the huge database for retrieval later. At times, the search engine may not be able to correctly identify the meaning of the page and in such a case optimization of the page can help it classify it rightly and achieve a better ranking for you.
